Hydration for the Winter.

During the winter months it is really hard to drink enough water. We reach for hot comfort drinks like hot chocolate, lattes and winter festive drinks. These are fine however, we still need to drink water to stay hydrated.


Just replacing teas, coffees and hot chocolate drinks, to fruit and herbal teas, warm water with lemon and honey, we can increase our water intake whilst still having a warm satisfying comfort drink.


Keeping an intake in mind of 6-8 glasses a day or 6-8 mugs of herbal and fruit teas, you would have increased your water intake without going without a mug of something comforting on these chilly winter days.


These are delicious alternative and very resonable to buy. There is a variety of brands on the market all producing tasty drinks.


Give it ago. Start your week with new and exciting hot drinks. That are good for you and keep you hydrated.
